Groundwater Sampling

| DrillPro has several ways of collecting groundwater samples using the direct push system. The most common and effective way is to set small diameter PVC wells (1" or ¾"). We can then pull water samples using either a peristaltic or a more preferred method of a Watterra foot valve pump.

| We can also collect groundwater through the rods with a stainless steel screen insert that allows water to enter the rods but keeps soil out. This method works when the formation can produce significant amounts of water.
